Wrong Installation on MR3020

Hey,
I bought a MR3020 today for piratebox, and I started do steps in here, but I did something wrong on 7. step. I started firmware upgrade but I didn't attach the usb which had 'install' folder. sad smiley

And now, I just can connect via telnet on failsafe mode.

So, how I can fix it? :/
