Stream live audio?

I would like to use this to stream a live audio feed to a number of hard of hearing/simultaneous translation users.

The user would just connect with their smart phone and be able to listen to the feed.

Would a USB audio adapter be compatible and would the box have enough power to stream to 6 users?

I doubt it, but I don't know what kind of software would be required.
