Activate the Kareha Image and Discussion Board

Forgive me...I'm 100% clueless. I need help activating the Kareha Image and Discussion Board. I'm using the TP-LINK 3020 and am at a loss as to how to use VI cheat sheet.

Is there an even further breakdown for how to activate the discussion board? For someone with little knowledge of working in terminal?

can you try to provide a copy of your config.pl (first 30 lines or so) that we can try to find the typo?
it looks like, you accedantily removed or misplaced a hyphen.
