Small Problem....

I'm trying to set up an old laptop (running Xubuntu) to be a PirateBox, and at the very end of the install prosses... I hit a snag, I have reviewed the terminal multiple times, and this is the first error that came up. I followed thesteps to the letter and have no clue what the problem is, although I think it may be in one of the ".conf" files, but I don't want to go changing things if I have no reason to. so at the end of the steps it basicly says to run this command: <sudo /etc/init.d/piratebox start> and it all looks fine and dandy until it gets to here:

Bringing up wifi interface wlan0
wlan0: ERROR while getting interface flags: No such device
...failed
* failed setting up Interface

I vaguely know what this means, but I'm unsure of a solution.

Hi,
can you figure out which is the device name of your wifi card in your running linux?
Maybe you need to adjust the /opt/piratebox/conf/hostapd.conf & /opt/piratebox/conf/piratebox.conf for that.
