TP Link MR3020 firmware upgrade failure
June 16, 2016 05:42PM
I was converting an MR3020 that was already running OpenWRT to a new PirateBox. I attempted to flash the software as recommended using browser but something went wrong. I can only ssh into my box under the old login and have no http access. The wifi ssid still comes up as the old ssid and the USB is still sitting unchanged /mnt/usb with the install directory. I have made several PirateBoxes previously and have never had this problem in the past. How do I re-flash my router from the command line?

Did you manage to solve your problem?
Otherwise you can follow the How To piratebox.cc/openwrt:diy,"Upgrade Piratebox". That section assumes that you are already running an older OpenWRT version of the piratebox.
