New Installation Cannot Telnet into Router

Using a TP2030. When I try to telnet using putty, the router times out before I can address it. What is wrong?

This is the error message I have gotten when I try to address the router. Can you help

No ADMIN_PASS defined in the configuration at config_defaults.pl line 8.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at config_defaults.pl line 133.
Compilation failed in require at /opt/piratebox/www/board/kareha.pl line 13.

This error message is from not finalizing your configuration on the device itself.

Find the reason why you can not log into the router... winking smiley

Do you see a wifi network?
What is the issue while connecting to it.
Which kind of client do you use?
