Create a questionnaire (survey)

Hi guys !

As a teacher, I'm using my piratebox to share some document with my student.

But, I'm a student too (University). I will be able to do a large study about a research question.

My question is : Is there a feature which can collect the answer of a lot a person at a same time ?

For example : I'm in a classroom. I ask all the student to connect to my piratebox. On it, we can find a questionnaire (survey) with ... a lot of questions. The students will answer all questions, and later I can collect datas (answers).

Is it possible ?

depending of your actual piratebox either install from scratch or upgrade like explained here: Piratebox 1.1.2
And for php: php mod if your on openwrt and not on raspberry...
