You know me and my proof of concepts lol, I was considering that in some situations where Wireless networks are dense and can interfere with other AP's or your PirateBox would it be possible to just switch into a Ad-hoc / BATMAN mode that doesn't have to deal with network interference?

This also could help stress test Ad-Hoc and BATMAN on these small devices which could help Matthias's Meshnet Piratebox.

Mh, I do you mean, that the boxes disable the AP-Mode? and Why?
