"Your Internet Access is blocked" Error when trying to connect to piratebox

When I try to connect to the pirate box, either via the ip or the url I get the error message.

"Your internet access is blacked,
Fire wall or antivirus software may have blocked the connection"
I'm running on a raspberry pi 3 b+, and am using chrome. I can ssh into the machine, just not through a laptop

It sounds like a specific firewall/antivirus-related issue...
Have you tried to connect via another device and see if it is running properly?
