PI Zero W UPnP only with SD card

So, I have my Pi zero W set up completely how I want it for now with out UPnP set up yet and with a 32gb sd card. I want to stream only a movie or 2 and some music (so i have the space), how would I set this up without using flash drive?

yes, you can run only off the sdcard

how would i go about setting it up? do I just need to do what it says on startup? if so how do I put media into it.

Do the post installation steps with activating the sd-card share.
Later you can use the normal upload function for uploading the files, can't you?
