Isolate Files and Folders on Pendrive

Hi I have currently built my PirateBox on TPLink mr3020 and I have a situation . I am building a PirateBox for a school where students can enjoy education tutorials. For which i would be handing it to someone else to install it. I dont want them to see what my content in the Pendrive is . For which i want the Files and Folders to be isolated . Maybe create an image and mount it securely and so . But i dont know how to do it . Can some body please help me on this .

do I understand correctly that someone will make a new Piratebox for you and you don't want them to see what files are on the USB drive that you give them? If so, then you can just copy your files on the finished PB USB drive after it has been installed by the third party and they have no longer access to it.
