TP-Link MR3020 all the LEDs flash together and can not login via ssh

While updating the firmware MR3020 via ssh I had problems. Now all the LEDs flash together and can not login via ssh. What can I do? please help me. Thank you

if its doing this then it looks like serial access is the only way to fix it.
