MR3040 official image failed. Cant reflash

So ive got an MR3040 V2 which originally had Barrier Breaker on it. (Just because)
When i tried to put PirateBox on it i flashed the official image from the browser page and had a thumb drive in the USB with the required install (8gb sandisk blade usb2.0). When the router was back up the wireless network was called openwrt. I can connect to it wirelessly, but no browser page. The IP didnt go back to 192.168.1.1, but remained what i had changed to in the previous firmware. I can SSH into it, and i can confirm the router now has Attitude Adjustment. I have no USB access.

So i cant flash from USB, or the web interface.
I tried using the method from the top sticky using mongoose.
I can ping my PC from the terminal.
when i do
root@OpenWrt:/tmp# wget 192.168.1.3 bbb.bin
i get
wget: not an http or ftp url: 192.168.1.3

So i try
root@OpenWrt:/tmp# wget [192.168.1.3] bbb.bin
and i get
Connecting to 192.168.1.3 (192.168.1.3:80)
index.html 100% |*******************************| 3616 0:00:00 ETA
wget: not an http or ftp url: bbb.bin

What am i doing wrong?

Got it. The command is supposed to look like

Language: SQL
wget http://192.168.1.3:80/bbb.bin

Formatting keeps screwing up
