Piratebox does not return the IP address to the wireless client

Hello everyone. My piratebox with a USB pen drive works well with another does not return the IP address to the wireless client.
How can I duplicate the USB pen drive so that it works well even the second?

Did you copy over the content?
Is the new USB stick configured correctly? see OpenWrt Troubleshooting ; HowTo format my USB stick correctly?

Thank's. I used 'refus' to format the pen drive, then I copied the entire contents of the old pen drive. It works!
To create a new pen drive which folders should I put?

Copy external_fs , PirateBox . This is the minimum. You can also copy "just everything".
