mr3040 flash drive removed

Hey all i need help getting my pirate box mr3040 v2 working.
the flash drive got taken by someone off my desk and i need to get the thing working again.
ive tried the auto flash and it dosent seem to work i usually get a error log likethis
i made sure the usb was formatted right.
when i try to ssh i get a ask for a password that dosent use any of my passwords, and then refuses telnet.

it seems you have PirateBox 1.0 , but auto flash was introduced with 1.1 .

Did you try

ssh root@192.168.1.1

?

If you omit "root", then your local username will be used and that won't work.

You can also try this method: Reflash via failsafe mode and USB

yep, but I dont know the password, tried all mine and admin/password and that didnt work.
Also in my original post I said it refuses telnet.

Then you need to recover it via failsafe mode .. a bit difficult, but manageable...
