Possible MR3020 brick during install

hello

i just bought a brand new MR3020 and tried to install. however during flashing the router it wasn't behaving in the way it should (the lights were still, no blinking) and i realized the USB was not using the MBR partitioning. i have tried to re flash the router but to no avail.

is it bricked?

If you can still have telnet/ssh access, or get access via failsafe mode - it is not bricked.
Just try to start from the beginning using the auto_flash feature, like on an upgrade
