Help TP- Link MR3020 got bricked during installation

My TP-Link MR3020 got bricked during installation of firmware. Now i am unable to debrick it in failsafe mode (the LED light of wps/reset button is on, but it is not blinking at all by holding/pressing the button). What should i do, how should i make it work again, please help me?

Did you try to connect to the device using a static IP?

If so, maybe you got an MR3020(UN) and used an old image.
You might want to try this method for recovering:Recover via serial console
