TP-Link TL-WR1043ND v1.8 compatibility report (march 2016)

In march 2016, I bought a TP-Link TL-WR1043ND v1.8, and setup a PirateBox v1.0 with. I downloaded the latest packages (Piratebox.zip v1.0.7 and Piratebox's OpenWRT) as of march 2016.

I waited (too much) before to report the compatibility.

This worked for 1 year, until the USB key died.

However, as of november 2017 (I waited several months), I fail to make it run again with a new USB key and the current PirateBox Package 'v1.1' (that is certainly v1.1.3). I open a new thread about this.

Note: as of january 2018, this TP-Link TL-WR1043ND v1.8 works again as a PB. The issue was not hardware related.
