Did I brick the MR-3020?

So we have been attempting to fix a piratebox today, but after trying to reflash the device we believe we have bricked it. When we plug the MR-3020 in to the wall, the bottom and top leds both light up, but neither flash. The ethernet cable is also attached, but the light for it isnt on. We have tried many time to enter the device into failsafe mode, but since the bottom LED doesnt blink, we cant press it. Does anyone have any tips?

Which version is your MR3020?
Is only one LED blinking?
or all LEDs at the same time again and again?
