Hi all When running montage in 1.1.4 ( I had no issue in 1.1.3) it cannot find fonts and I get montage: unable to read font `helvetica' @ error/annotate.c/RenderFreetype/1432. Any ideas? I also tried other fonts to no luckby m3fisto - Raspberry Pi(rate)Box

It seems that wifi dongle Ralink Rt5370 cannot even be enumerated in PBox 1.1.3. I tried in both Pi1B and Pi3 and the device cannot be enumerated. In other Raspberry distros it works out of the box. any ideas? edit lsusb shows nothing dmesg from both devices: Pi3: 15.965131] usb 1-1.2: new full-speed USB device number 4 using dwc_otg [ 16.075153] usb 1-1.2: device descriptor read/64,by m3fisto - Raspberry Pi(rate)Box
Yes it runs in a non interactive way since the systemd service is executed as root. I ve tried it on both a RPi 1B and a RPI 3B and it works nice on both of them. Of cource feel free to include it as a default script. This kind of on-off button is being used in many other applications on RPis since it requries any simple button to work and nothing more.by m3fisto - Raspberry Pi(rate)Box
You ll need a 2 pin header to connect to pins 5-6. You can use any button for this purpose you need to download a package with pacman. In new installations of 1.1.3 you first need to do sudo rm /etc/resolv.conf sudo sh -c 'echo "nameserver 8.8.8.8" > /etc/resolv.conf ' Then you download the actual neede package: sudo pacman -S wiringpi Create your script fby m3fisto - Raspberry Pi(rate)Box

On a fresh install of PB on a Pi1B, it seems that pacman is broken and cannot downoad anything. sudo pacman -Syu :: Synchronizing package databases... error: failed retrieving file 'core.db' from mirrors.kernel.org : Could not resolve host: mirrors.kernel.org error: failed to update core (download library error) error: failed retrieving file 'extra.db' from mirrors.kerby m3fisto - Raspberry Pi(rate)Box

I ve faced the same problem. Check the strings in the /locales folder. In my case I was facing this problem because I had different language set in my android and at other devicesby m3fisto - Raspberry Pi(rate)Box
Also posted this on reddit I am using Pi1B with Piratebox 1.1.3 on a sandisk class 10 sd, a TP-LINK TL-WN722N (v1 with the Atheros chip) and a 128GB Sandisk fast usb flash disk. I am lately taking my piratebox at crowded places like concerts or beaches. After an hour or so of working flawlessly, it seems that no one can connect anymore. After a reboot, it works again for a few minutes but thby m3fisto - Raspberry Pi(rate)Box
