PiRate Box Home Page Not Connecting - 7 years ago

I have installed piratebox on my raspberry pi 3 and I cannot seem to get the home page to redirect. So if I type 192,168.1.1 it doesn't redirect me to the pirate box homepage. I can ssh into the box. *EDIT I am able to connect via phone but not normal browser* Thanks
