Have you copied all the contents of the USB?
make sure the .img file is also there.
What file format has the new USB? Make it FAT32

Shinra, you should simply copy over all folders and files.
The .img files are i.e. in PirateBox/

This is only my signature.

I too am trying to switch to a larger capacity USB Drive. I am aware of the FAT32 requirement published. Any drive I try that is more than 32Gb wants to format to exFAT. (I am aware of the technical limitation that causes this.) Is the PirateBox deadended at 32Gb, or is there some work-around for this issue.

My search of the entire forum for "exFAT" didn't return a single match.

Thanks,
Terry

exFAT is not supported, that is what I can say after googling a bit.

But I think you can format bigger than 32GB drives with FAT as well, when you increase the cluster size
