Beginner Question

(Please be kind I understand this might be a silly question)
I'm confused with what I'm supposed to do with the .bin file
When I click on the "First download a custom copy of OpenWrt for the MR3020" link, I'm not sure what to do. I tried opening it with Stuffit Expander, however it does not know what to do with it, saying it was "unable to determine the file format."
Can someone help? Thank you.

David Darts has put together a nice, step-by-step guide on installing PirateBox to an MR3020. You can find it here: wiki.daviddarts.com.
Everything is explained there and it is easy to follow, I have installed mine according to this guide as well without any problems .

If you are following that guide and you are stuck with the .bin file, "Navigate to System Tools > Firmware Upgrade and select the OpenWRT firmware ". The .bin file is the new firmware that you need to select here and it will install OpenWRT on your router.
