Offline web project and Pirate Box

Hi there.
First time caller, long time listener.

I have this idea of modding a Pirate Box to host an offline web-based documentary project, consisting of several pages either written in Flash or HTML5 (not sure yet)
with video and audio assets.

The idea would be that by stashing the Pirate Box in a certain public location of historical or political significance, users could connect to the network and engage with an interactive web experience that relates to the space where they are. If that makes sense?

You guys seem super smart.
Is this a feasible project?

It's totally feasible as that is what the PirateBox is already doing. You can just change the index.html to whatever you want and you're good to go!
