it's possible to access by ftp for delete or modify the files into the shared directory from a computer connected by wifi ?
or it's possible to automatically delete the files into the folder every day at fixed time ?

Yes and no. Technically it is SFTP and due to permission issues on RPi it is only possible with enabling the root account for SSH. On OpenWrt it might be possible, at least on the development branch.

yes with a few manual changes depending on the PirateBox version (OpenWrt or RPi) you are running and if the box is running 24/7
