Using two USB drives

I have finished my Pirate Box, but I want to have the option to use a different USB drive (for sharing different material in a different setting). I don't want to mess up my finished project, so which steps should I do just to create a new USB drive? And will there be any issues with swapping them out?

Just create a 1:1 copy of the first USB stick, then exchange the content in PirateBox/Shared - this is usually enough
