MR3020 Help. Cant SSH in!
November 29, 2012 01:05AM
So ive been trying to setup my box and having some trouble with the network bit. My router's ip is 192.168.1.1 so i was trying to make the MR3020 be 192.168.1.2 but that wasnt working so i THINK i made it 192.168.1.232 but i cant get into the device anymore! Please help D:

Edit:
Managed to get in and got all the way to where I was installing Pirate box. I plugged in my USB and the downloads started then they hung up for like 10 minutes. nothing was happening. So i figured Ohwell i'll just wipe the usb drive and try again. Now i cant SSH into the Box anymore again! i have the IP set to 192.168.1.111 and it was working fine. Now what do i do??

Hi,
try to boot your device in failsafe mode like described here: [github.com]

Check /etc/config/network
or directly start to reflash the device and make a complete new install-

If you have problems like this, you should save the output that I can found the reason for this issue smiling smiley

Hey,

I have a similar problem too. I have this same router and had everything working but I stupidly formatted the connected drive. Now the box doesn't work and I can't ssh or telnet to it, I had a working box for 30 minutes...

edit: Sorted it now, something wrong with my main router
