Problem with tplink 3020

Hello I have had my piratebox up and running for almost half a year now. Up until recently it has worked flawlessly.

I don't know what the problem is so I came here. When I turn it on with the flash drive it it constantly reboots and never turns on. I cannot SSH into it because of this. Now I can get it to go into failsafe mode. But I am unable to telnet into it. When I remove the drive it works and boots. Yet I cannot use it as a router because of the IP settings. I cannot SSH into it or Telnet also..

Sorry if this sounds confusing. can't think of how to word it.

so Basically I have no access to it as far as I know.

*Update* I was able to repair it. The pbIMG_ws.img was corrupted some how. I replaced it with the file in the piratebox img tar.

Maybe a hardware-problem with the USB caused this :/

I'm am almost certain of this. I had to use the drive to save some files from a really old and dying hard drive, and I believe that when I was doing this there might of been a corruption while copying and unmounting before I should have. Oh well I got it working
