Piratebox for Musical collaboration

Hi

I wonder if piratebox could be adapted to be a live musical performance tool.

Could piratebox be adapted in a way that would allow anonymous streams of midi / osc data and or audio to be broadcast to all connected to the box?

Each midi stream / audio track could be presented individually to each user either to filter or mix on their end point.

Or is this not possible?

Hi,

From my own experience on standard networks MIDI over the net just doesn't work. Even on a local network via ethernet.

You can already do this on osx via 'Audio MIDI Setup"

Cool idea though.
