what do you think about a fixed date every week, like consultation-hours in doctor's office, to talk about stuff in IRC ?

I Like that Idea. But keep in mind everyone is in different time zones It is 8:20am here now but 2:20pm where you are. so this might present a problem I am not sure where other developer are located.

yes, I know about that... I would choose a time which is acceptable for US&Europe Timezone

I think this is excellent, I can probably attend and almost any time during the summer.

I think that's a good idea. About time I think that it should be given in GMT so none gets confused, and every one make it's own conversion to match to the local timezone.

I personally like having control of my data and whether or not I can turn as invisible as possible whenever I need. I think these might allow us a little of all of these.
