The hostapd config is copied from /prebuild/hostapd/configs depending on the attached stick, you can make your changes there.

meh. Another algorythm would be good like changing the driver inside hostap.conf with an sed command..

OK, sounds good, basically we only need to comment out or comment in the driver. I will adapt it this way.

Some of the tools are not in the right place, a couple of the scripts should be in the piratebox scripts repo.
I added them to the RPi repo, since it is easier for testing and making quick changes without having to touch two repositories, I planned to merge that stuff into the other repo at some point, but want to do it step by step, since it may resolve in another way, like with the hostapd configs ;-)
