add msql draw pi resources

I want to add a search feature on pi using php my question is won't it draw to much resource

I am also looking to add search to mine as well (I have collected several entire WEBSITES and it sux that the data is currently not searchable) THere is NOT a lot of info unfortunately at current (most people just tell you to add google to your site)

From what I HAVE learned: it will take a bit of processing power to build your index at first but the REAL resource it uses is storage, your index can be quite sizable depending on your content.

I'll report back when I have some success with this.
