[Solved] Index.html issue

I have modified my index.html file to my liking, but the only change that takes effect is the Title. All of the content on the webpage its self is still the default content. I can't change the body text or any of the links and headers. I'm not sure exactly what i am doing wrong here. Anyone got any ideas?
