Shoutbox not working on MR3020. PB1.1.3

Just got my PB up and running after a few months of down time from this, that, and the other.

Upgraded to newest custom OpenWrt and Installed PB as per instructions.

Out of the box, the chat is not working. When a message is typed into the chat box and sent, nothing happens.

Any tips to fix this? Already tried a reinstall to no avail

Did you setup the time correctly on the box?
Are you able to use the browser network trace feature? Can you get information out of this to see if you get an answer from cache instead a fresh delivered file?
Does a page reload help?
