Is it possible using 2 flashdisks in one piratebox router ? I have been using piratebox for couple of years. My flashdisk is fulled already. I am planning to add a second flashdisk to give more space using USB Hub. Can I do that?by johanrusli - PirateBox OpenWrt

I am using Windows 8 on my laptop. The laptop is connected to my piratebox router via ethernet cable. It works and there is no problem at all. But my question is how to setup my piratebox-connected-laptop so that I could also be connected to internet via Wifi Hotspot? Right now, whenever I would like to go to a website it will be redirected to piratebox web. Thanksby johanrusli - PirateBox (General)

Okay, the installation works perfectly. It is easier with this offline installation. :-) . I try the timesave.sh script, and it doesn't work properly. The cron part needed to be fixed.by johanrusli - PirateBox (General)

At last, I could try this bootstrap design and I have to say that is so beautiful. I like it so much !. I modify a little bit (HEADER.txt) so the directory listing have icons beside the filename. I just followed the instructions at Add icons to Directory Listing in Lighttpd. I have installed timesave_sh script by: /opt/piratebox/bin/timesave_sh /opt/piratebox/conf/piratebox.conf install I try to run it manually: /opt/piratebox/bin/timesave_sh /opt/piratebox/conf/piratebox.conf save /opt/piratebox/bin/timesave_sh /opt/piratebox/conf/piratebox.conf recover Everything works fine. I tried to add Forest forum in my PirateBox by following the instructions in modifications list website. But when I click the link ( piratebox.lan/cgi-bin/forest.py ) , it redirected to main page. I thought it should be something wrong with Phyton. I tried to make sure by typing : root@Af3Z14Hn: ~# python python: can't load library 'libpthread.so.0' Any solution ? You have to use the oldest original firmware. Last time I bricked my router when I reflashed back using newest original firmware. If I didn't mistaken, that's the same message I gotby johanrusli - PirateBox (General)

If I would like to install mysql-server in piratebox 0.6.3, should I use : opkg -d piratebox install mysql-server or opkg install mysql-server ? After installation, how should I change any configurations/settings to make it work with php? I need it for a php script that need database. Please help !by johanrusli - PirateBox OpenWrt

Ah....at last, It solves the problem. Instead of installing zoneinfo-core in "piratebox", I install it in "root" and it works. Thanks you very much, Matthias and everyone . I try to install a php script , but always encounter error like below: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier how could I solve this timezoneby johanrusli - PirateBox (General)

There is kareha.pl file , if I run it I got "500 - Internal Server Error". And luckily, the shoutbox got no problem anymore after I restart. I don't know why.by johanrusli - PirateBox (Development)

The installation went smoothly. But the shoutbox still got error "Triggered ajaxError handler on shoutbox" . If I click the link "Forum", I just got the listing of file in folder /board.by johanrusli - PirateBox (Development)
