I’ve been thinking about this a bit. Ideally bumping up storage for the pirate box to a a tb and placing repeaters in different bars/ restaurants. I had minor success in taking a wireless router putting it into repeater mode and expanding my range a little. But I am not sure the Belkin or netgear plug in repeaters will do a mesh.by neiyera - Raspberry Pi(rate)Box
I am trying to have my box store on a 64gb usb and eventually have 1.5 tb. I am not able to format to FAT32 but only exFat and NTFS. I have been trying to look and find a way for the piratebox storage to use exfat or ntfs but I have had no luck so I figured someone on the forums would have come across this problem and or solution as well. Thanks! I am running a rasp pi 2. -neiby neiyera - Raspberry Pi(rate)Box
Hey guys, I am still trying to figure out the simple stuff with my rasp pirate 2. Right now I am trying to change my ssid. I see that 1.0.7 is uploaded and will try that out soon but I am still trying to get my bearing on what I have gotten done on the version previous. Thanks!by neiyera - Raspberry Pi(rate)Box
Very new to pirateboxing so please excuse my silly questions and ambitions. I am wanting to extend my range for wifi. I currently have the rasp pi 2 with a wipi which I quickly discovered has a short range. My goals currently are to achieve the streaming video player that I have seen some post success on the forum as well as extend my wifi range. I have come across the 600mW Pro Smart Repeater anby neiyera - Raspberry Pi(rate)Box
