Replacing USB with a new one
May 05, 2016 10:35AM
Hi,

I want to change the USB stick from the one I am using now (16Gcool smiley to 128GB.
I wonder if there is a certain procedure for that, or is it enough if I copy the entire content from the old one to the new one
and then just plug the new one in?

All best
Jacek

what device is piratebox running?

PirateBox Installs:
2x Zsun's (both testing, one with serial interface)
A5-V11 (mostly for OpenWRT testing DIY)
2x RPi Zero's
(one active in car 24/7, gets a lot of hits at Walmart, movie theaters and the mall)
2x RPi3's (both home servers, one Ubuntu custom install along side a ton of other services)
1x RPi2 (currently work server)

Thank you.

Also, I was wondering if there is any way of backing up the internal files of Piratebox and copying them on the USB?

Thanks.

But I wondered if I made changes in openwrt and repurposed the pirate box and would like to set up another one which is exactly the same, I need to copy these changes as well.
