Hi guys, I've installed the official image: piratebox_rpi_1.1.4-27-02-2018.img using a Rasp Pi B Rev 1.2. and a 16Gb SD card. After setup I'm getting a completely blank page at url "piratebox.lan/content". This happens on any device I use to connect to the PirateBox - Share Freely hotspot. I just wanted to bump this thread and say my Android TV box has run constantly without issue for months. I replaced the SD card with a 16Gb one, so it's had one restart in that time. Now to find a 12 volt mobile power solution for my daily commute on the train. Does anyone have any suggestions?by DeadEyesOpened - PirateBox on Android
Hi Ultrix I'm glad you got your Android TV box working and it sounds like there's plenty of room for files. I haven't got a battery option sorted for mine yet, as I've been a little lazy. I have a question about the external storage options, my "Enjoy TV" is an older model, with only an SD card, but at the time I couldn't locate an SD card to try so I tby DeadEyesOpened - PirateBox on Android
I just wanted to pop in and let readers know that my experience installing PirateBox for Android on an old "Enjoy TV" Media Box was easy and simply achieved by downloading and installing the app to the TV Box and starting it. These boxes come pre-rooted, so no need for that! Lots more range than with Android phones, and with the "Start on Boot" checked, no need to set anythby DeadEyesOpened - PirateBox on Android
